I picked up my new sewing maching this week and have been so anxious to try it out. While the kids napped today, I managed to sew this little dress for Savannah! It is FAR from perfect and I certainly learned a few things, but not too bad for a first project!
It also snowed this week! Tuesday morning and throughout the afternoon we had scattered snow flurries, but it only accumulated about two inches at the deepest and melted by the afternoon. Before I took the kids to school, we ran out to the backyard to explore a little!
